This notice explains what NGOsoftware does with personal information on this website and in the portal.
What we collect
- From the demo form: your name, organisation, email, phone, country, staff size and message.
- From portal users: name, title, email, password hash, sign-in times and IP address in the activity record.
- One essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To answer your request, provide and secure the portal, keep a record of changes for your organisation, and send service messages such as invoices. We do not sell personal information.
How long
Demo requests: up to 2 years. Portal account data: for as long as your organisation uses NGOsoftware, then as described in the Terms of Service.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to support@ngosoftware.app. Data that belongs to your organisation's records is handled with your organisation, which is responsible for it.
